The software is extremely easy to use and the features on the software are quite comprehensive. In addition to the design side, you have access to marketing tools that can get businesses up and running quickly. Pros Weebly is extremely easy-to-use. The software lets just about anyone design and publish a website. If you need inspiration, they provide countless pre-made templates and sections. Weebly also offers simplified website management from hosting to SEO to marketing analytics. Cons Weebly's designs and pre-made templates, although plenty, are sometimes seemingly outdated. Business owners who may not be experienced in design may want to consult the opinion of a designer. Pros Fairly easy to maneuver around and figure out how to create a website with minimal instruction and guidance Cons Trying to upload pictures for me was tricky and I felt somewhat lost trying to get them in an order or size so that things would be symmetrical. I enjoy the integration with my phone app. Cons Sometimes when I design something online, it looks different (and not as good) on mobile. I wish the integration were a little better so I knew that the way I was seeing it in one place would translate to another, or that it would at least still look good and not shift formatting too much as it sometimes does. It was nothing I had ever done before so I was happy I was able to use it without any help. Cons I received many calls from outside agencies offering website development help (probably around 30 different calls) which was really frustrating. Obviously my number was given to these outside agencies so I was definitely turned off about that. Cons Although I don't have many cons I do find it difficult to sort the pics once they are on the site, this may be an operator error but it has been tough to find the process to sort my pics. Cons I found it hard to go deeper when I was trying to optimise Weebly sites for SEO as you can't access some parts easily. Also, I struggled with the drag and drop, and undoing accidental movements. I created a website that I am very happy with. Cons The only complaint I have is that when I created my memberships for purchase, there is no way to have them set up a recurring payment right from their initial payment. So after their initial purchase I have to manually go in and creating a recurring series for my membership based buisness. Also, we had some trouble when migrating away from Weebly to another system. People with minimal computer skills could probably use this program for their own uses. Cons Weebly did not have a lot of functions that I wanted. I was using it for a paralegal blog, and I eventually stopped using it and started using another platform.
