Weebly has a very insightful and useful SEO guide that is helpful in giving tips on how to rank high on the search engines like google. It hasn't let me down, I've recommended it to several of my business partners. Pros It is very nice that they offer a free feature and the other plans are affordable as well. I was able to create a basic website for a customer of mine, without needing a web developer. It's great for persons and businesses who just need a quick, informative site without much other function.
