Pros Der Support ist unschlagbar.!!! Alle Damen und Herren im Service ( \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\]), waren bisher sehr kompetent und freundlich und hilfsbereit. Probleme wurden meistens sofort behoben andere, die die IT betrafen wurden umgehend weitergeleitet. Das Unternehmen kann stolz darauf sein, solche engagierten Mitarbeiterinnen zu haben. Das System mit der Terminvergabe über den Kalender ist perfekt! Cons Wenn Schulungen ablaufen, Mitarbeiter haben diese Schulung oder Unterweisung jedoch noch nicht absolviert, bekommt der Vorgesetzte oder Admin keine Information. Der Admin muss proaktiv in die beendeten Schulungen und Unterweisungen schauen, um dieses zu entdecken. Hierdurch könnte bei den Mitarbeitern die Einstellung Schule machen, "das Thema einfach auszusitzen"! Pros Einfache Installation und Erreichbarkeit, auch für die Teilnehmer. Individuelles Lernen/Ausführen möglich. Maximal 15 Min Zeitaufwand im Monat und wesentlich besser als eine trockene Belehrung. Cons In der letzten Zeit wurden die Antworten im Fragespiel nicht mehr angezeigt. Das ist dann wie Lotterie und führt bei den Teilnehmern zu Unmut.
