Notre expérience est globalement très positive. L’outil est fiable, pratique au quotidien et nous aide vraiment à mieux gérer et structurer notre photothèque. Une fois pris en main, il devient rapidement facile à utiliser et fait gagner du temps.

Pros

Nous apprécions surtout la simplicité d’utilisation et le fait de pouvoir organiser facilement une photothèque assez importante. La recherche des visuels est rapide et l’interface est claire.

Cons

Il m’est arrivé de mettre un peu de temps à prendre en main certaines fonctionnalités au début, notamment pour l'utilisation des librairies.

Personally I appreciate the many up to date possibilities Photodeck offers to users and customers. it is a modern software. i could not run the Snow Polo World Cup St. Moritz without Photodeck today as we did it the past few years. We are still updating the pictures of all the years passed by scanning many old images on slides or paper. the PR dept had some special wishes for the use of the software and the Photodeck team was very cooperative and did the programming fast so we could use it in time. today we have 18335 images online.

Pros

Snow Polo World Cup St. Moritz celebrated its 41 anniversary in January 2026. We are 4 Photographers shooting the tournament games of 6 international polo teams during 4 days , January on the frozen lake of St. Moritz with many side motives for media use and for social media posts. the PR department wants to issue a media release asapo after the daily tournaments with a certain amount of good pictures to be downloaded by the media via a link to the Photodeck Media Collection. thanks to a set of special keywords inside the automatisation command of Photodeck for each gallery as soon as a photographer loads his pictures the keywords sort them out and publish them immediately into the desired gallery. the PR people then only remove from the galleries pictures of less interest or quality, which is a big time saver. for the involved photographers it is easy and fast to upload to Photodeck Libraries (we have 4, one for each day).

Cons

as we have to set up the gallery structure every year more or less the same with just changing the participating team names it is not possible in Photodeck to copy an already existing structure and save it for editing later. the tree of galleries have to be again reinserted into Photodeck. it would be a huge timesaving possibility to have such a command programmed by Photodeck.
