Overall: The best benefit is our customers are able to make payments using a debit/credit card now.
Pros: The feature I like most is the ease of taking a payment in the office, over the phone & even online. Our customers love that they can call in their payments if they can't make before we close.
Cons: The feature I like least is sending the link for online payment when a customer changes their email or we don't have it when we do the sale. its an easy fix when we call repay.
