As a creator, it's fantastic to be able to connect with my students effortlessly through such a user-friendly online learning environment. Pros Customer Service is wonderful, Ease of Use, Creation of courses and pages have ready-made templates. Cons Currently there is nothing that we cant work out. I've had my FL site now for 2 1/2 years and have never regretted switching from Kajabi. The annual price is affordable and well worth the money. Pros I love the ease of creating online courses and landing pages. It's also great for my clients to login and use. And the customer service is always available - they know their product and always know what to do to either fix an issue or give me instructions. Just the best I've worked with! Cons I'm still waiting for the email to improve. I'm currently using a different platform for email, but plan to switch to FreshLearn as they continue to improve the email service. The customer service purposely stonewalled me because I was trying to cancel. They just kept asking me questions, then stopped responding. Only after they billed the annual price did they tell me that they can't cancel my account, only I can in the dashboard, and they refused to refund me. Even though I asked for them to cancel it literally a year earlier, and regularly throughout the year. Pros Nothing. I was a "customer" for over a year, but only used there service for a day or two. Cons No free trial + no refund policy. The integrations were very poor and required Zapier for most things, which is not very secure. Their sales page design tools were outdated. There customer service was purposely bad. I would recommend Wordpress Membership Plugin over FreshLearn. I expect to be testing my first courses soon. Pros I have worked on many teaching platforms like Learnworld and University scale LMS like Blackboard and Canvas. Freshlearn seems to hit a sweet spot for a small business as it has all the features I need for selling and delivering courses on a platform that isn't overly complicated but delivers a high quality user experience at a reasonable proice. Cons Some of the help resources were a bit hard to follow with unclear images but this is compensated by excellent and timely personal service from real people. Any questions I have had have been expertly answered in a few minute with screen shared examples on the site I am creating. Alternatives considered [Zenler](https://www.capterra.com/p/130366/Zenler/) Reason for choosing FreshLearn Zenler's focus seemed to be a different market than mine. New users though have to patient creating a course, it is not as easy as punching buttons, 1,2,3. It is easier after you create your first course. Pros FreshLearn gets back to me promptly and answers all my questions and is genuinely concerned. The price is very reasonable compared to the other lms systems Cons Maybe the online instructions can be more thorough. Maybe more stop by step instructions about for example 'how to connect a Stripe account' or' how to link from an outside website to your course.. Best Part -- SUPPORT -- They are there for you all the time with quick response. Cons Visuals. I feel it should be more elegant in visuals. It's more technical looking and less engimatic. In migrating my customers over from another platform almost all of them had billing issues, login issues and even getting kicked out of my platform. One customer got triple billed two months in a row. Despite asking for a refund multiple times they denied this. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. You are much better going with a more reputable platform. Pros Not much. They tried hard in the beginning to migrate my business from another platform and answered my questions but the migration didn't work properly and I lost customers and money. Cons Promised they would follow up on changes but never did. Did not deliver what they promised and then refused to take responsibility for it. The platform is VERY poorly designed. One example would be something as simple yet maddening as having to code the header and footer on every single page. There are many other issues such as this that you will encounter throughout your experience. Additionally, their customer service is awful. They take ages to get back to you and offer little to no actual assistance. If you're looking to save money and don't care how much of your own time you have to put into formatting and figuring out rudimentary issues, then Fresh Learn is your platform. But now, with companies like Squarespace getting in the e-learning space and charging about $500/year for a higher-quality product that FreshLearn, there is nothing I would recommend about FreshLearn. Cons FreshLearn destroyed the technical SEO of my school. My school suffered because of how FreshLearn migrated site (from Teachable). Specifically, FreshLearn did not migrate assets like images, CSS, fonts, custom code, etc. to native hosting, and kept these assets' legacy CDNs from Teachable. These hosting settings were in conflict with the rest of the FreshLearn settings and resulted in dramatic drop in SEO performance for my site. My school's performance index as measured by tools like \[sensitive content hidden\] dropped to low 20ies both on mobile and desktop. I had repeatedly attempted to correct this performance but was unsuccessful. I moved to FreshLearn, but this was a mistake in hindside. The performance of my school suffered significantly as a result of how FreshLearn migrated my school assets over from Teachable.
