Brings us into modern times which is beneficial for our organization. Cons Not all products meet up the sales pitch, big learning curves. Also challenging to get internal stakeholders to buy in and get excited about new products and learning new things. We don’t always have tech savvy hiring managers or applicants so them being able to this system online and. By phone is awesome Pros Reporting because I love having all the information I need in one spot. Being able to create a custom report and dashboard is awesome Cons Reporting. Probably because I am in it so much, but I can have everything at a glance. Unable to modify the language in the reference section or to add instructions for certain h sections. I love using the Learn product to create and manage training for our faculty and staff. I think our organization overall needs help with correct implementation, synergy with our data systems such as colleague and definitely training for NEOED for our community. Pros I use the Learn product heavily in my role as a trainer. I like the ease of use for our employees and this system challenges me to make interesting class content Cons Tjere seems to be some functionality that would help make assigning classes a little easier. We have 5 modules and we are about to implement the 5th. We love learning something new every day we use NEOED. What a wonderful product! Pros How everything works together and allows my employees to manage their work electronically and all in one place! Cons We use Elluician Colleague and because they have a product for benefits, we can’t use Neoeds product so we have to use multiple systems for that part, when we would love to have all through neoed Alternatives considered [Access PeopleHR](https://www.capterra.com/p/211952/Access-People-HR-Software/) Reason for choosing NEOED The ability to work with Elluician Colleague. It’s been a positive experience for our team to be onboarded, but a bit too many clicks - staff have struggled with the additional workload to implement. Pros I really like the Attract Product. It has helped us reduce our teacher vacancy rate from 1000 to 80. The virtual recruiter and ability to search candidates is extremely helpful. Cons I wish that once we made a candidate eligible, the system recognized it, and automatically moved them to eligible/referred on a requisition. This would save so many clicks.
