Some hiccups along that way but my implementation specialist was fantastic. \[sensitive content hidden\] was amazing!! Pros I love Insight and how easy it is to post a job. Also, how easy it is to create a Matrix. My hiring managers like how easy it is to score candidates. Cons That we are not able to send more than one E-offer. Also, that hiring managers are unable to see applications until candidates are moved to the referred list. I am a new customer and the level of support and knowledge is white glove. I am also impressed with the level of knowledge from our implementation consultant and manager. Pros The intuitive UI does not skimp on fearure richness. You can tell the prodict was built with the customer in mind. Cons Curently no consolidated admin area which makes it a little difficult to admin the system efficiently. I would say that the help pages and community is amazing and easy for newcomers to learn from. Pros Customer Support is amazing. As a Business Systems Analyst that has to help support our HR, the hotline number has always been quick and responsive and I do like how they have access to mirror our roles and see our current environment setup. Probably one of the best support I’ve dealt with in products we use for our school campus Cons I do not have too much to say that I like least. It’s one of the better products and support we use. Also challenging to get internal stakeholders to buy in and get excited about new products and learning new things. We don’t always have tech savvy hiring managers or applicants so them being able to this system online and. Probably because I am in it so much, but I can have everything at a glance. I love using the Learn product to create and manage training for our faculty and staff. I think our organization overall needs help with correct implementation, synergy with our data systems such as colleague and definitely training for NEOED for our community. Pros I use the Learn product heavily in my role as a trainer. I like the ease of use for our employees and this system challenges me to make interesting class content Cons Tjere seems to be some functionality that would help make assigning classes a little easier. It’s been a positive experience for our team to be onboarded, but a bit too many clicks - staff have struggled with the additional workload to implement. Pros I really like the Attract Product. It has helped us reduce our teacher vacancy rate from 1000 to 80. The virtual recruiter and ability to search candidates is extremely helpful. Cons I wish that once we made a candidate eligible, the system recognized it, and automatically moved them to eligible/referred on a requisition. This would save so many clicks. I came into using the system after it had been implemented. The team that implemented was no longer employed by the time I came on. I think there should be some quick tools for somebody in that situation, other than just having some go to the community. Pros I do like that the system has multiple modules for a full employee life cycle making it a one stop shop for HR professionals. Cons There are too many clicks, back and forth -and not enough filter options. I find myself clicking between pages just to process one person instead of being able to click to the next applicant.
