I love how intuitive the database is and the customer service is excellent. The fact that they added so much to sacrament tracking in consultation with actual users is a testament to their responsive to our needs Cons I am hoping they will improve the "Schedules and Plans" feature to reflect the needs of Catholic parishes more closely...while I use it, it is not as intuitive as the rest of Parishstaq Switched from [ParishSOFT](https://www.capterra.com/p/12500/ParishSOFT-Church-Management/) We were not pleased with Parishsoft and Parishstaq seemed to have everything we were looking for Review source Incentivized review: software users are invited to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive for their time and effort.
