Pros La atención al cliente es genial, las chicas responden casi que al momento y te resuelven todas las dudas. Tener todos los datos en una misma herramienta es cómodo y además, tener los resultados de la competencia ayuda a saber como vas con respecto al sector. Cons No es muy visual a la hora de ver los datos, todos los gráficos de KPIs son exactamente iguales y los títulos muy pequeños. Aunque la herramienta muestra los datos que devuelven las API de cada red social, sabemos que que algunas métricas son difíciles de encontrar y/o comparar en las plataformas de social media por limitaciones de las mismas API. Pros La herramienta ofrece multitud de funcionalidades que actalmetne apenas existen para el análisis de RRSS y facilita trabajo tanto a la parte orgánica como a la parte pagada. Cons Aún tienen que avanzar en el interfaz, consigueindo que la misma sea má intutitiva y facilitando su navegación.
