Overall positive, could honestly be better, need some attention on it's app as I'm on the road quite often

Pros

Their VR system is very cost effective for it's quality, I haven't found a company that has even come close to their package.

Cons

Developers app needs to be updated, a lot of bugs and no new features. Some have been locked since I've started using it years ago.

Arcanite team are great, very helpful. Product will be amazing if it undergoes product testing from and industry expertise who is also technically savvy, requires a little more work and could see the end of other realestate CRMs

Pros

\- Great for channel manager- Great for staff tracking- Real time sales data- Notification system is great

Cons

\- Incredibly limited email capabilities- Holes in reporting- User experience is glitchy and not the most instinctive
