Any issues I've had, the Operandio team has resolved them within a few business days. We like the access we have to the team to participate in making the platform even better. Pros Simple, easy to understand interface for both users and administrators. Greater performance, range of features, ease of use than our previous solution. Great access to the Operandio team and they've shown real interest in our feedback and a desire to continually improve their product based on this. Cons Users are required to create their own profile to access the system - this causes a few headaches with less-engaged team members. Pros It’s great to be able to use labeling features, tasks, Traing Course, and a knowledge base all on one platform. Cons It's a bit disappointing that the training courses in the knowledge base only include simple multiple-choice questions. It would be great to have a regular maintenance feature added. Receiving alerts for scheduled maintenance would be helpful for store management. Pros It's a very user-friendly system, that allows high levels of customisation, and a wide range of options to maintain standards in any business using digital checklists. The team have responded well, the managers enjoy the control they have, and the senior leaders have access to everything they need. Cons Some areas are still being developed, like conditional logic and some specific reporting features, but when completed this will enhance the platform even more. Pros The simplicity of creating checklists and the ability to edit them so easily. I was hesitant about having staff use their cell phones at first, but it has created a better environment and they actually use the checklists. Cons It would be nice if there was a way to scale recipes in the knowledge section. Having all of the recipes in Operandio is very useful, but that one extra part of scaling batches would be great. Staff can see in real time what needs doing and get it done. Staff can self manage their quieter times in that they can go to Operandio to see what jobs are still outstanding without having to ask management all the time. Overview of daily jobs/tasks is wonderful, meaning critical jobs don't get overlooked. Cons inactive "tasks" can't seem to be duplicated to be used another time. A new "task" has to be set up each time, but that is quite quick. Inactive "processes" can easily be edited and made active again. It really is such a great all in one operational platform for managing our workforce and systematizing our operations! Pros I love that we have used this platform to totally replace our paper checklists and operations. The mobile and phone apps are a great way for the frontline workers across our organization to easily complete there daily tasks and procedures so they can stay focused on what matters, serving customers and delivering quality service! Cons I wish there was more ability to export reports into different formats although they told me that is coming shortly. Cons That is pretty useful to mobile apps however Operandio is missing the desktop program which is definitely a requirement.
