Although we haven’t used Operandio for long, our experience has been very positive. The platform has already improved communication, task management, and training processes. With continued use, we expect it will further enhance our operations. The combination of intuitive features, helpful support, and business-friendly pricing makes it a promising tool for restaurant management.

Pros

I really appreciated the communication features, which make collaboration between colleagues and departments much easier. The training tools are also excellent, helping us streamline staff and contractor induction efficiently. Additionally, the business-based pricing makes it simple to manage costs, even for casual staff.

Cons

We haven’t used all features yet, such as audits and checklist, so the platform’s full potential is still being explored.

Pros

Operandio Is a revolutionary tool to help organisations align their operations. With its plethora of features it really is the multi-tool for all multi-unit operators

That I didn't know of Operandio Sooner! It has been a strategic integration that is now at the foundations of our organisation

So far it's been very useful in creating accountability.

Pros

The simplicity of creating checklists and the ability to edit them so easily. I was hesitant about having staff use their cell phones at first, but it has created a better environment and they actually use the checklists.

Cons

It would be nice if there was a way to scale recipes in the knowledge section. Having all of the recipes in Operandio is very useful, but that one extra part of scaling batches would be great.

Good experience the whole way through with support available to assist migration and initial setup. We like the access we have to the team to participate in making the platform even better.

Pros

Simple, easy to understand interface for both users and administrators. Greater performance, range of features, ease of use than our previous solution. Great access to the Operandio team and they've shown real interest in our feedback and a desire to continually improve their product based on this.

Cons

Users are required to create their own profile to access the system - this causes a few headaches with less-engaged team members.

It's been a positive experience, the support team are always helpful and quick to respond, understanding any requests quickly and more than happy to put things into development if they can see the benefits to all.

Pros

It's a very user-friendly system, that allows high levels of customisation, and a wide range of options to maintain standards in any business using digital checklists. The team have responded well, the managers enjoy the control they have, and the senior leaders have access to everything they need.

Cons

Some areas are still being developed, like conditional logic and some specific reporting features, but when completed this will enhance the platform even more.

As a manager, it's easy to manage the store, and the quick feedback and adjustments make it easy to adapt to the platform.

Pros

It’s great to be able to use labeling features, tasks, Traing Course, and a knowledge base all on one platform.

Cons

It's a bit disappointing that the training courses in the knowledge base only include simple multiple-choice questions. It would be great to have a regular maintenance feature added. Receiving alerts for scheduled maintenance would be helpful for store management.

Very smooth and easy program to build out and implement. Quick to update and navigate.

Pros

Great functionality for both admin and users to navigate. Easy to build checklists and records. Simple yet detailed reporting. Label printing with lots of customisation. Very helpful support team. Saves having folders of paper records.

A fantastic system, we have gone from paper based forms and checklists to digital which is a time saver, plus being able to manage and assess training online remotely is a huge bonus

Pros

The functionality, very user friendly and compiling our training in one place which can be accessed easily

Cons

Certain features weren't built in, however this is hardly a con as after requesting them, they were designed and added
