Pros

We use Snappy at Bella Pizza, Vancouver, BC, and it has significantly improved how we manage orders. The POS system is simple and efficient, and the online ordering feature has helped increase our overall order volume. Since switching, we’ve noticed faster service during peak hours and fewer errors with orders. The system is easy for staff to learn, which made the transition smooth. Card payment was made easy through pos and payment link.

Cons

The system can take some time to fully learn at the beginning Some features could be more flexible or customizable

It supports growth and consistent customer satisfaction daily operations.

Cons

A helpful feature in Snappy POS is the ability for staff to view customer-selected modifiers clearly on both the POS and KDS system. These selections appear directly on the kitchen display, ensuring staff understand each order clearly without confusion. The half-and-half pizza option is also available in Snappy POS, and I like it because it allows customers to choose two different flavors on one pizza, giving more variety and improving customer satisfaction. This clear communication between POS and KDS helps the kitchen prepare orders correctly, improves order accuracy, and speeds up preparation. It reduces mistakes during busy hours and has noticeably helped lower customer complaints while improving overall service quality and efficiency in daily operations.

Overall experience has been great, there’s not a lot of promotional calls like the competitors would do, the payouts are always on time, and just the convince it brings to run the app on a personal iPad is amazing.

Pros

Very easy to use and has a lot of great features, such as the clock in clock out, tracking inventory, and the ease of taking order is unmatched.

Cons

Sometimes after leaving the app unattended for awhile it times out, so having to restart the app 3-4 times a day, it’s not a big problem only when we’re busy it causing slight delays, sometimes the payment terminal doesn’t work meaning that when I press pay for the customer to pay it will tell me that failed to connect, this doesn’t happen often but it does occur once in awhile.

How quickly we got set up with new website with no glitches, as we started Feb 2025 to date, every month our online orders have been growing. And the fees they charge is worth every penny!! We had lots of payment issues before but not a single one with snappy !!

They need more advertising, so I could have known about them earlier!! I feel like we wasted 5 years with the previous provider!!

The customer supports are really timely and responsive. Most of the issues, they will help me to solve immediately.

Cons

The "Split bill" functions can be more flexibly and easy to use. The inventory system could have an extra "raw-material" level.

The company I used was POS King. I could not find it in above section, so I just selected Toast. The legacy system is too old and lacks of additional functions. Snappy has a modern POS system which has a lot of features that I could use in the future, such as 3rd Party Delivery Platform Integration.

Pros

The restaurant seat reservation system was very effective. The ProServ team built a pay-per-seat reservation fee system that fitted our need during a busy month of booking. Worked really well!

Cons

I would like to be able to easily see customers who were “checked in”. Sometimes we accidentally accept customers or they may sometimes walk out without paying (mostly unintentionally). Having their contact information easily available will allow managers to call them back.
