Owner Paper & Forest Products Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Great product and customer service" January 31, 2022 5.0 Products are well built and should last a long time. Software is extremely useful to see where trucks are and what they are doing. Customer service is excellent! Pros The ease of use and ability to see in real time where trucks are at and what they are doing. Cons Takes a few minutes to update from time to time and use of reports is difficult to set up initially to get the info you need. Cons Advertisement, need more semi trucks to install this technology to help lower rates and frivolous law suits. Review Source Matt D. Vice President Utilities Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Equipment stolen after we notified Vestige trackers were not working" January 25, 2025 1.0 Over promise and under deliver should be their company slogan. From very invasive installs (drilled holes in the dash board and side view mirrors to install cameras without explaining/asking permission to damage vehicle interiors), unresponsive tech support and back end office not allowing us to take our business elsewhere. Pros They were a newer company when we signed up, and had joined the Georgia chapter of the Utility Contractors Association. Being active members in GUCA we chose to support them. Cons Trackers not working, reached out to customer service to resolve the issue and they acted with no urgency. Ended up having a trailer (with several high dollar tools on board) stolen that we could not track. Initially they offered to cover our insurance deductible verbally. They then retracted, we were supposed to get a discount on the monthly fee, not sure if it happened. Our issue with the reliability of the equipment has caused us to consider searching for alternative options. Pros Like the ability to view in realtime the cameras on the trucks. Cons Unreliable. Issues with bad SD cards cost us alot of time and money due to being unable to view damage activity we are being accused of. Reason for choosing VestigeView Ability to pull data and view immediately without having to pull sdcard. Review Source Simon M. We reach out many times no response and the one time we threaten to leave they said "we didn't get a chance to help". So far the customer service is terrible. The installer while being a real nice guy was allways in a hurry and there seems to be a disconnect between what vestige says will be done and what acctually gets done. The system was supposed to alert me when the pto is turned on and this feature was never installed on any of the vehicles. Pros During the sales pitch they show amazing video and a lot of fuctionality. However when it comes to being user friendly it is not. Cons The customer service and time to set up the system and the length of time it takes to get a response from customer service. Review Source JJ Josue J. OWNER Automotive Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Software never worked" June 2, 2022 1.0 Horrible, I sent emails for over two weeks about the software not working. Most of my emails would not be replied to. After two weeks of trying to get them to fix, I had to move on and contract another vendor. Pros The salesmen really sold the product and I fell for it.
