Pros: This tool is an all in one solution with a solid team that is always looking to constantly improve the product.
Cons: Some features are fairly new but the team work fast to fix any bugs.

Pros: We are using A.ID. for the case management for our clients onboarding. Overall it has been straightforward and very user friendly. We are also able to customize our onboarding form if we have the need to add or remove extra information needed to onboard our client.
Cons: There are a few search functionalities that would be helpful to have! I would imagine it would be relatively easy to add.
