CEO Computer Networking Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Very useful email tool" April 4, 2022 5.0 In conclusion I can say that Mutant Mail is a wonderful tool for those who use several email accounts from the same mailbox. You can even use a GMail account and use your own domain to send and receive mail. This will allow you to use all the benefits of GMail email, such as anti spam, anti virus and 15GB of space for your email, but with your corporate email. The great thing about Mutant Mail is that it allows you to set up multiple email accounts to receive or forward incoming mail. The offer also seems generous to me because the basic plan allows you to configure up to 50 email accounts. Great!! Pros I found this tool very very useful. I have a domain that I've been using for a while and I keep getting a lot of important emails, including from some customers. For a long time I have kept a second email client to read these emails, but sometimes I have missed some important ones because I have not followed up on them. So I bought Mutant Mail and it has been a real discovery. I connected all the accounts of this domain to Mutant Mail and now I receive all those emails in my current main email account and now I no longer lose any of the emails that I received before. I can even reply from my current email to the emails that I had previously configured as if I had a mailbox for each one. I was wondering if I could use my MS Outlook or Mail client on the Mac, but no problem using it. In fact, it can be used with any email client and from any device. Once you learn the formula it uses to send mail from any account, you can use it without any problem. The configuration was simple, although it is desirable to have knowledge of DNS management. If you don't, Mutant Mail has a manual to follow the steps in a very simple way. Another thing that I really liked is that you can very simply configure the name or department of who is sending the mail for each account. So when you send an email, the receiver will see the name or department and next to it the email account. Cons When you receive an email to your main mailbox, Mutant Mail adds a line to indicate that you are using this application. When you reply to an email you have to remove this line if you don't want it to appear. This line takes a bit of seriousness out of your email. But you can easily remove it and you can set it to appear below or above your mail when replying so you can easily remove it. Another thing I don't like is that if you want to start a conversation thread with someone you don't have in your contacts, you have to configure the recipient's account in a special way. Mutant Mail has a tool for this within the app. Once you learn how it works it's not so complicated. For me it is not a big problem, but I think of people for whom technology is complex. On the other hand, it is a simple way to solve the problem of sending emails as if you were using different email accounts within the same mailbox that you use on a daily basis. Pros I have wanted a service like Mutant Mail for years now. It is a dream come true for me. What it does is amazing and - all in one place! The ease of setup and the time it saves is amazing. Here is what I particularly like about it: 1. Emails are quite easy to setup and once done, all run automatically - there is nothing more to do, 2. It is so inexpensive compared to paying for an email provider. The cost of paying for even a few email ids is expensive and then - you continually have to check each one manually. Not any more! 3. I can create many email ids in my Mutant Mail account (the number depends on your plan). 4. THE SUPPORT is SUPERB!!! I am blown away by the awesome support I have received from Abhishek Anand (creator). No matter how good a product is - it is only as good as the support you get. And I can vouch for how top notch it is. 5. Mutant Mail is constantly being updated and improved. 6. My business and website email ids and support now have a professional quality. I love it and definitely recommend it! Cons I have not found any cons so far. Like any tool, there is an initial learning curve - but really not much. I am not a techy person so if I found it reasonably easy to pick up. And any issues I had were from my domain registrars - not Mutant Mail - and support were fantastic and quick in sorting those. Pros The Catch-all feature makes our email support easy, because if someone creates an email and sends a support question, we get all those emails. its a big pro. They help with setting things up correctly. Cons The Dashboard is a bit traditional looking, and it needs a fresh, easy to use dashboard. Sometimes emails land in spam folder. Pros My favorite feature is the way MutantMail centralizes all functions related to the creation and management of email aliases. Before, I had to subscribe to more expensive services just to create an email address that looks professional, but now, I can easily create several of them—with different domains—and redirect them however I please. This is amazing! Cons Honestly, so far, I haven't found anything that I dislike. Everything is working as it should. I suppose I may be worried about the limitation of bandwidth eventually, but so far, I'm still far from reaching the limit, and it seems that the service provides an easy way to upgrade if I ever run into that issue in the future. We used to configure them manually through POP/IMAP and it was so tedious especially involving clients' personal emails. Now it's just a few clicks away. When replying, don't need to worry about the "from" address. It will get routed accordingly. Cons However when creating "to" a new email, need to get used the email address format.
