It has its hiccups but is fairly easy to use and a solid software product for the moving industry. Customer support is pretty right on which is great and but there are times where they are needed a 'reminder' to update on any tickets given. All in all, good product. Pros I like how it's mostly and all in one product for our moving business. Whether it's military, residential or commercial moves we are able to utilize it for all aspects. Cons I feel it's a little on the expensive side but in comparison to other moving software we have tested it is on the less expensive side, which might I add is a reason we have not switched to another. Cost has gone up quite a bit and I'm certain we are one the few companies that have been with them over 12 years or so. On another note, I dislike that we are still waiting for the web version vs having to install it. I know they are working on it.
