I like the fact they have different payment options. But it’s over a week now and I’m still waiting for my payout in my bank account, I hope they’ve not scammed me though. Please release my payment. The customer service doesn’t respond to emails at all.

Cons

Delayed payouts. Stripe declining too much payment. Very poor unresponsive customer service.

Pros

API integration was super simple. I'm trying to accept Cashapp and Paypal payments and Poof lets me integrate both super easily. I've also tried accepting crypto options for fun.

Cons

New features and UI could be improved. I would want an end-to-end crypto on and offramp before accepting more crypto options.
