The Djust platform is "headless," meaning it sends data from its backend through an API to run your ecommerce site. This gives you a lot of flexibility in designing your website. The Djust team updates their product several times a month to meet clients' needs, helping to digitize B2B ecommerce. Cons It might take some time to learn, but there are many online tutorials to make it easier to use, along with a strong support team to help you. Pros The strong experience in Ecommerce projects an in multiple industries allows DJUST project team to easily understand the customers needs. Making sure the solution fits perfectly with the business processes. I have been impressed by the adaptability of the application combinating many features avaialble of the shelf that can be activated in "one click", such as validation workflows, customer specifing pricing, quote management or even post order incident management. I have aslo been impressed by the flexibility of an headless solution or the capacity of DJUST to connect to an exiting IT ecosystem using their Datahub Cons DJUST is attempting to provide a "one size fits most" application, meaning that some modules hav limited flexibility and requiere Front End Adjustments. DJUST est déjà intégré avec les fournisseurs de paiement, ERP, PIM... DJUST est une solution ecommerce conçue pour répondre aux enjeux du B2B, avec beaucoup de fonctionnalités disponibles telles que la gestion de catalogues spécifiques par client, ainsi que la possibilité des gérer des prix différents par client ou par groupe de clients, ou encore une gestion totalement intégrée des devis client. Il est très simple d'importer toutes mes données dans DJUST, comme les informations clients, les produits, les prix, les niveaux de stock... et, en un clic, tout apparaît sur le front e-commerce, donc visible instantanément par les client. Cons Comme tout système modulaire, certaines fonctionnalités ne sont pas encore complètement intégrées, mais les équipes DJUST sont très attentives aux feedbacks dans ces situations. We started our e-commerce journey from scratch, and Djust showed lots of flexibility in the development and their capacity to develop a platform fit to our needs and requirements. They also continuously kept on developing new features relevant to our business, which helped us building a platform now very appreciated by our customers. Pros Djust understood very well our needs, and the fact that we were at the beginning of our e-commerce journey. They showed a tremendous amount of flexibility and were capable of integrating the platform with our outdated ERP. More importantly, Djust has ran the development and integration themselves. Cons We selected Djust at the very beginning of their existence, taking the risk of going with a completely new player on this market. This turned out to be a successful bet. Certaines fonctionnalités répondent à des besoins du marché qui n'étaient pas couverts convenablement jusqu'à présent. L'ingestion d'un catalogue de commandes est ultra simple et peu se faire de différentes manières, que ce soit par appels d'apis ou ingestion de fichiers CSV. La réactivité et la transparence des équipes en cas de problème technique est plus qu'assurée. Cons Jeune start-up qui se développe encore. Certains problèmes de performances peuvent apparaitre pour quelques usages mais la réactivité des équipes est toujours au RDV.
