Too many issues, new update isn't user friendly and takes a lot to get use to. Previous version much easier to use. Nothing is consistent. I do like the layout and easy to read information. Pros I like that the layout is fairly easy to use and intuitive. Cons Integration issues. shipments that are accepted with customs sometimes don't show as accepted in Crimson Logic which delays our drivers. Too much unused information up front, critical info pushed way back. Software is not intuitive, doesn't pass common repeated info (eg. AWB numbers) through the system. Repeated input of same info in various places, makes for more mistakes. Descriptions in the software and interactions with support team challenging because of language differences and technical references unknown to users. Reason for choosing CrimsonLogic Trade Compliance It was the first in line, I tried it and I liked it. Got good support, though language issues made it hard to communicate at times.
