Im Agenturalltag mit vielen parallelen Kundenprojekten ist es entscheidend, den Überblick nicht zu verlieren. Durch Teamspace haben in einer Software Projektdaten, Kundendaten und Rechnungsmanagement struktuiert gebündelt. Man merkt im täglichen Arbeiten, dass Abläufe klarer sind und weniger Missverständnisse entstehen. Wir können die Software jedem weiterempfehlen.

Pros

Besonders schätzen wir die Verbindung von Projektmanagement und Abrechnung. Leistungen lassen sich sauber nachvollziehen und direkt in Angebote oder Rechnungen überführen. Das spart Zeit, reduziert Fehler und gibt ein angenehmes Gefühl von Ordnung über Kundenaufträge .

Cons

Zu Beginn braucht es etwas Zeit, um das System auf die eigenen Abläufe einzustellen. Die Unterstützung durch das teamspace Team hat uns dabei jedoch sehr geholfen, sodass sich der Aufwand schnell ausgezahlt hat.
