Great experience, only have positive things to say about Heimdal and would recommend it to anyone looking

Pros

Heimdal was put to the test against other, similar, solutions and i found it to be much better than anything else on the market

Cons

On the downside the cost of Heimdal was significantly more than then next best solution

Good but could have been best. We have the complete suite of product they worked well compared to what we were using before.

Pros

It's ease of deployment. Also it does the job as expected.

Cons

I didn't like the resources it takes when running background scan.

very good thanks to the team behind. fantastic people that really try to help. They re really creating all value to this XDR package that is basically a pro active screening of your security logs. I just hope that in the future the comapny will provide even more advanced package for not just alerting but also solving for us the observed issues/attacks

Pros

not expensive ; fantastic alerts and reports by email ; incredible team of tech support behind this product

Cons

an XDR ++ product would be great, in order to perhaps pay a bit more, but having pro-active fixing of the observed issues. Since now it's pro actively counseling and helping to know exactly what to do, but having 'cybersec engineers on demand' could be the next step for VIP, sort of most advanced package to the client as we don't always know what doing when something happens.

it is like comparing two different worlds. BitDefender gives you a very good tool that you make to configure and manage by yourself, when Heimdal is way more friendly in its partnership with their client and give the an hand from ther very setup to the log reviewing through the XDR package then. Heimdal is way more suitable for any SME company.

cheaper than Sophos and more personalized in its approach than F-Secure. You just feel as a real client at Heimdal, not just 'another one' with stupid automated marketing emails etc.

This is a far more aggressive than a standard AV product and deals with emerging threats consistently. Heimdal support is top notch.

Pros

Very easy to implement and configure. Reporting is straightforward and detections are easily managed.
