I have found Microsoft Forms useful for collecting information and feedback in a structured way. It is easy to create, distribute, and review responses, particularly when using other Microsoft 365 tools.

Pros

Microsoft Forms is quick to learn and does not require much setup to create surveys, questionnaires, or feedback forms. Responses are collected automatically, and I like being able to see a summary of the results without having to organize everything manually.

Cons

The form design is fairly basic. There are enough options for most everyday needs, but not much freedom when you want more control over the appearance or layout.

Overall, my experience with Microsoft Forms has been positive. It is reliable, straightforward, and works particularly well for quick surveys, feedback collection, registrations, and internal business forms. It saves time because forms can be created and distributed quickly, and responses are easy to manage. For most everyday requirements it does the job very well, although for highly customized or complex forms I would probably need a more advanced tool.

Pros

Microsoft Forms is very easy to use and quick to set up. I like that I can create surveys, feedback forms, quizzes, and internal questionnaires without needing any technical knowledge. The interface is simple and clean, and sharing a form through a link or QR code is convenient. The integration with Microsoft 365 and Excel is also very useful, especially when I need to analyze or export responses.

Cons

The biggest limitation is the lack of advanced customization and more sophisticated form logic. The design and branding options are fairly basic compared with some dedicated survey and form-building tools. Conditional branching works for simpler scenarios, but it can become restrictive when creating more complex workflows. Reporting and data visualization could also offer more advanced options directly within Forms.

Overall, my experience with Microsoft Forms has been very positive, allowing me to create and distribute surveys, quizzes, and other forms with ease. The user-friendly interface and seamless integration with other Microsoft tools have made it a go-to solution for my team, with only occasional minor issues with formatting.

Pros

Microsoft Forms has been pretty solid for our team's surveys and polls. We've used it to gather feedback from clients and colleagues alike. It's taken a bit to figure out the more advanced features, but overall it's been a great addition to our toolkit.

Cons

One thing that's kind of annoying is the lack of customization options for our survey templates. We've had to get creative with the layout to fit our branding, which can be a bit of a pain. Not a huge deal, but it's something to consider.

the experience has been good, it helps to solve a common problem of getting surveys from the people we work aroud and get better answers from the participants.

Pros

Microsoft forms offesra an easy way to collect data acrros the team, that other wise is unpractical to adquire. It helps to get to more people easily with structures information back.

Cons

It should help and facilitate to add design to the surveys, that part is not easy or customizable for me. that would help to not over load the users with the same formats.

My experience has been positive for straightforward surveys and internal business use, but I've run into limitations as projects become more sophisticated. It's a solid tool for basic needs, though organizations with more advanced requirements may find themselves looking for alternatives.

Pros

Microsoft Forms is simple to set up and easy for both creators and respondents to use. It integrates well within the Microsoft ecosystem and works great for basic surveys, quizzes, and feedback collection.

Cons

The biggest limitation is the lack of support for more complex calculations, logic, and integrations. Compared to some competing form platforms, it can feel restrictive when you're trying to build more advanced workflows or data collection processes.

Excellent as a way for me to gain information from clients but also communicate key details with them and check their understanding of them. Saves me a lot of time and guarantees they have read and processed information which they’ve had to answer on.

Pros

My overall experience with Microsoft forms was very positive with each poll being easy to implement and easy to collate the data.

Pros

What I liked most about Microsoft Forms is how simple it was to post polls to my team and collate the results. With integration with Microsoft teams this is simple and effective.

Cons

The only issue I had with Microsoft forms is that in a small business it does not hold value for money as the polls are not frequent.
