Being able to directly link a form or survey to your account, or reference other accounts, really help when collecting data. The survey designs are simple enough that everyone can understand what is going on. Despite that, the customizations are very tailored to simplistic form design. Containing it within the Microsoft 365 environment helps give a sense of security as well. Cons Some of the functionality can be a little too basic in comparison to other advanced form tools.
