### "Good for basic feedback and sign-ups"

January 12, 2026

4.0

Pros

Microsoft Forms makes it easy for me to get consumer feedback and sign-ups for different events. The templates are easy to use and the data is formatted in an understandable way. It's also super easy to share forms for collaboration through this platform.

Cons

Sometimes the forms feel limited in their capacity. I really wish they had an option similar to Sign-Up Genius for events.

### "Excellent simple form tool"

April 8, 2026

5.0

Overall the experience has been enjoyable. It is fun creating polls or surveys quick and easy. With direct links to Microsoft accounts, I can track the data very easily.

Pros

Microsoft Forms is an excellent tool to use if you have the 365 suite. Being able to directly link a form or survey to your account, or reference other accounts, really help when collecting data. The survey designs are simple enough that everyone can understand what is going on. Despite that, the customizations are very tailored to simplistic form design. Containing it within the Microsoft 365 environment helps give a sense of security as well.

Cons

Some of the functionality can be a little too basic in comparison to other advanced form tools. Microsoft forms makes up for it with its ease of use though.

One less vendor to work with. Already a Microsoft environment, so this made it easy to accomplish the same goal.

### "Good foundation starter application for forms and surveys"

January 4, 2026

3.0

I have used Forms for years in a range of applications. It can be useful for collection of opinions, preference or qualitative and quantitative data. I would recommend it as a starting point as most people know how to use it. However, it could be better designed with more spirit.

Pros

Microsoft Forms works well enough to function as a data collection tool and survey use. It is mostly reliable, easy enough to use and they have added some usability features such as duplicating questions and sections to speed up the survey creation process.

Cons

The UI of Microsoft Forms is not the best. It feels a bit dated, boring and clunk at times. There isn’t much joy in using it, and there is not much AI integration to make you think about your audience. Creating a survey is creative, but using Forms doesn’t feel that fun.

### "Time saver! Saves me hours talking on the phone!"

April 25, 2026

5.0

Excellent as a way for me to gain information from clients but also communicate key details with them and check their understanding of them. Saves me a lot of time and guarantees they have read and processed information which they’ve had to answer on.

Pros

Ability to set up and share a form and read through responses which can be kept or deleted as necessary.

Cons

Sometimes it can be a bit clunky to set up your questions and alternatives for the answers but once it’s done, it’s so useful.

### "Thumbs Up for Microsoft Forms!"

November 29, 2025

5.0

I like it! My students used it to create surveys for their social media use project in psychology class. It was a great tool to use to collect their data

Pros

My district uses Microsoft products, but students tend to know more about Google than Microsoft Forms is luckily very user friendly, and anyone who has used Google Forms can easily figure out how to use Microsoft Forms.

Cons

I honestly wish that it would create a QR code. I recently helped a colleague make a form to use for her caring closet, and I had to use a separate app to make the QR code.

This is a personal switch and not a district switch. I use Google for my personal email, so I did not realize how handy Microsoft Forms was until I used it at work.

### "Solid Survey Tool"

November 24, 2025

5.0

Overall, I’ve had a very good experience using Microsoft Forms; it is fast, accessible, and integrates seamlessly with the Microsoft ecosystem

Pros

Microsoft Forms is easy to use and allows me to create surveys quickly with a clean and intuitive interface. The integration with Excel and other Microsoft 365 tools makes data collection and analysis very convenient. It works smoothly across devices, which makes responding and reviewing results accessible anywhere.

Cons

The customization options are limited, especially when it comes to formatting and design. Conditional logic is still basic compared to other survey platforms, which restricts more advanced survey structures. The reporting visuals are helpful but not as detailed or flexible as they could be for deeper analysis.

### "Great platform for collecting information"

May 11, 2026

4.0

It is a popular platform, easy and direct. Pretty simple and help to collect information in a convenient way.

Pros

It is very easy to navigate, the creation of forms function is easy to set up and provide a direct and convenient way to set up the forms.

Cons

It will be easier for users if it provide multiple submissions at the same time. Right now, uses lose their record if they have a pending one and try to submit another form.

### "Microsoft Forms - Easy to Use"

April 18, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Microsoft forms was very positive with each poll being easy to implement and easy to collate the data.

Pros

What I liked most about Microsoft Forms is how simple it was to post polls to my team and collate the results. With integration with Microsoft teams this is simple and effective.

Cons

The only issue I had with Microsoft forms is that in a small business it does not hold value for money as the polls are not frequent.

### "Great for Office Integration"

November 24, 2025

Overall, it has helped us to improve processes around our agency. There was a learning curve for some folks but overall its been good.

Pros

I like that it integrates into our email so folks can complete with easy and I can integrate the form into an email message

Cons

I don't like that it is not easily customizable. I would like to be able to include photos, documents, etc. for folks to review while they are in the form, not have to access separately.

### "FORMS REVIEW"

June 16, 2025

5.0

It is easy to use, and easy to deploy. but maybe it would help to make better and easier web page configuration view, so that not all of the surveys look that similar between them

Pros

Its very usefull not only to make a survey to a large number of people, but for instance. In my case forms worked for me to make a plant inventory. Putting standard info on the survey, that then many people fill to make a better, and faster asset inventory at my location. So there are many examples of how this tool can work for more than a quick survey.

Cons

I think forms its used mainly to collect data, but it could extend its funcionalitty to not only collect data, but also create question and inmediate pre programed responses or messages to users. So that it is interactive, or some small games or dinamics can be played on forms. Based on preprogramed configuration. Such as select the best option you think, and based on your question it extends to an specic next question or message, action, etc.

### "Microsoft Form Review"

October 12, 2025

5.0

Excellent! Easy and very productive tool. I really recommend it especially when dealing with a large number of employees.

Pros

Microsoft Forms is an essential tool to any incorporate! I like it because it makes the application very easy to manage with a large member. Also, it easy for customization with different needs. The survey design is good and very insightful. Customer supports are very helpful when you have any issue. The program has a very good security as well as the data collection is protected. Finally, the program is price friendly, and if you have a 365 subscription you might be able to use it for free.

Cons

I have been using Microsoft Forms a little while and I have not experienced any problem with it. I really like it.

### "Great tool!"

June 11, 2025

5.0

Microsoft Forms has been a life saver for me as I'm using it to replace an online document that everyone used at the same time to enter information and it was really messy. Now I just collect the information I need without people touching the document where the info goes.

Pros

I really love that it's so easy to use. The first time I used it it wasn't difficult at all, I was just learning as I went along.

Cons

I wish it had more ways to personalize your forms. Also there is a response limit. It's a big number but still limited. What I do is that I save the information in a separate document, and reset the responses every once in a while.
