Just like google forms you can create questions, selective answers, dropdown menus etc. As a feedback, it's possible to get the collected data as a spreadsheet and analyze. The branching can get confusing and tedious to create with Microsoft Forms. La recomiendo como una herramienta que puede utilizarse para más que solo llevar encuestas. Pros Forms es una aplicación que por si sola es muy útil para llevar control de información, por ejemplo de onboardings, offboardings, seguimiento de capacitación, etc. Al utilizarla con Power Automate, facilita el llenado y control de la información, haciendo que los procesos sean más automatizados.
