However, by far the biggest benefit is its integration into the wider Microsoft platform. We have had particular success in using MS Forms to trigger various other processes (such as approvals) through Power Automate which feeds into both Outlook and Teams. All without a single line a code. Cons There is nothing about this product that is particularly week. We can easily gather votes from the staff before we make any decisions, this is also great when we do surveys for employees' satisfaction. I've used it to build surveys and gather data/ideas about key takeaways. I've used it to gather feedback on meetings and turned those into actionable insights. Pros It's pretty easy and integrates well with the rest of the Microsoft 365 suite Cons It's a little bit of trial and error. I can't believe how quickly I can make surveys and collect data in the business. The other softwares I've used are no where near as easy. Cons The thing I like the least is the limitation on types of questions. I would also like if they had an option to write comments after a question in case they want to add more details.
