Pros I like that it is a survey tool within the Microsoft suite. Because of this, it is the verified internal survey tool for my company to do quick polls, like what to get for lunch. I like that it is under a trusted brand and that it is a verified "go to" for quick internal surveys. Cons Honestly I like this tool. Exporting results for analysis is easy, using on different devices is easy and sharing the survey link, whether through QR or short URL is easy - just an all round simple and easy solution. Cons Only drawback from using MS forms is where you have a survey requiring anonymous answers. You can choose not to record name and email but in my experience participants still believe you can trace who responded even when ticking this option.
