July 1, 2024 4.0 Pros Useful for us when the scope of the people required to fill out the forms are within the organisation, but beyond that we tend to avoid it. It's good to see that anyone can pick it up and build out a form fairly quickly. The analytics on the data received is concise enough to give you what you need. We also use it alongside Power Automate for it to feed into other processes where an additional approval step is required and it's easy to track alongside Power Automate to ensure the flow is working. Cons It can be really troublesome with handing ownership of the form if the person that has created it under their own microsoft account has exited the business. Typically, we have to push it to a 365 group so that other people can access it and manage it. In addition, it still does not have e-signatures to this day resulting in us having to implement JotForm for specific forms that require signatures.
