Easy to use, has a lot of beneficial features which save time. 10/10 would recommend. If you are someone looking to make quick questionnaires or surveys, Microsoft Forms is the way to go! Pros My favourite features of Microsoft Forms is the easy use, templates, and the various features function. Microsoft Forms is incredibly user friendly. When I first got my Microsoft account and learned to use Forms, everything was pretty much self explanatory. There were a couple of things that I needed to play around with but once I figured out, I really enjoyed using Microsoft Forms because of its simplicity. Secondly, Microsoft Forms has many templates a user can choose from depending on the occasion. This makes it convenient for me as I don't have to create a form from scratch, I can work off a pre-made template which is time saving. Lastly, you can add questions in various styles such as for the user to respond by uploading a picture file or through a ranking system or short/long answer text boxes. Every time I make forms I always use Microsoft Forms as it saves me time and is easy to make a well made form. Cons I don't really have any negative to say. One suggestion could be for Microsoft to add more template options. I really enjoy using Microsoft Forms. Review Source SG Shannon G. Pros Easy to use which is good as it is a critical part of the business.Good data is extractable from forms which makes it quicker and easier to analyse/report on.Links can be shortened to easily share with others. April 6, 2023 4.0 I like to use Microsoft Forms when I want to send out a survey to a few people. I wouldn't choose Forms for something that I was sending out to Thousands of people, I'd want something more robust than that. Pros It is very easy to create a survey quickly in Microsoft Forms. If you want to throw something together quickly and share it via the link, Microsoft Forms is a good option. It's also easy to make changes to the survey and rearrange. There are also options for making different sections and some branching options for a survey. Cons I wish there were more options for analytics and reporting. It is not nearly as robust as something like Qualtrics or Survey Monkey, but it does the job. You don't get to see more complicated analytics, so we often have to export data into Excel for analysis. This isn't a big deal, but it is an extra step when analyzing data. I use it in my high school classroom often. Pros The real-time graphs and pie charts are great for polling and surveys for my students. Having a QR code makes completing the Form very easy. Cons I often give students question where they have to show equations, work, or write in sentences. Other online assessment tools allow me to grade those types of answers on wifi, in real time. Forms makes you download an excel, take up space on your device, and then it isn't in real time. I would also suggest that you allow us to customize the link right on your platform. May 4, 2023 5.0 I mainly use Microsoft Forms to design survey forms , which my company uses to get critical product feedback from our customers and sales prospects . Pros Branching logic is an important part of any dynamic surveys and this is an area where Microsoft Forms really excels. With Microsoft Forms branching logic feature, we are able to send different survey respondents to different part of our survey forms, based on the responses they give to the previous survey question they answered. The ability to achieve the aforementioned ensures that our survey respondents get to respond to questions that are most relevant to them. Cons Microsoft Forms does not currently support multiple people collaborating on a survey form. Pros I like that the forms are easy to use within the Microsoft ecosystem, our team uses MS 365. The forms are intuitive enough and can be customized to fit basic surveys, polls, and even quizzes. Cons It does have limits like being unable to capture e-signatures natively (I think there is a separate integration for this). Pros It's fairly easy to set up a form using Microsoft Forms. Especially if you are creating a simple short survey. It's user friendly and I feel even a novice could create a form. Die Beantworter müssen nicht in derselben Microsoft 365-Umgebung sein, der Befragungslink kann (wenn das gewünscht ist) auch "öffentlich" geteilt werden. Pros We use this software for so many things. Time off requests, administrating student exams, pop-quizzes, surveys for feedback, attendance warnings, requests for tutoring, orientation forms, and more. It can be customized to fit any need. Cons The ability to lock or protect a form from being edited after creation would be a huge improvement on the software. I've used these for several years for a variety of purposes. I use this as the RSVP form for employee events and to gain feedback after events or for voting on an activity prior to planning an event. Employees seem to experience little difficulty in using these forms. I've put this out for the public to vote on how they'd like to receive communications from us so we can identify weak points where we're "missing the market". I already recommend this to anyone that comes to me since I'm kind of the keeper of the forms. Pros Ability to get feedback internally and externally Possibilities of use are endless! Cons A couple times I've experienced issues if I edit a form after responses are already coming in, but that's pretty minimal and it's only caused issues with viewing the result diagrams. Actual answers weren't bothered.
