It is a versatile tool that helps to easily create a form, share it with people, collect responses and analyse them. Responses are displayed in real-time, with auto-generated graphs and charts for quick analysis. it also supports accessibility features such as screen readers and keyboard navigation, making it inclusive.

Cons

Compared to competitors like SurveyMonkey, Microsoft Forms has limited question types, branching logic, and customisation options. You can't control layout or advanced styling and  while it provides graphs and charts, there’s a lack of deep analytical tools without exporting data to Excel.

Pros

Very simple to set up, user friendly. Linked with other google products to make data extraction easy and integration easy into presentation/reporting.

Cons

Cannot generate complex data, what if rules limited, lack of AI generated functions like other real survey programs

So easy to use for gathering information quickly! Surveys are easy and hassle free to create, and the integration with Microsoft makes it easy to field the survey. I also like how the results can be exported to excel for quick analysis.

Pros

I like that it is a survey tool within the Microsoft suite. Because of this, it is the verified internal survey tool for my company to do quick polls, like what to get for lunch. I like that it is under a trusted brand and that it is a verified "go to" for quick internal surveys.

Cons

Honestly I like this tool. I think it is a little basic for more advanced surveys and analytics, but I don't think that's the purpose of it.

I use Microsoft Forms for tester feedback when running beta tests for games and software. It has provided everything necessary to gather the needed data and interpret it so I can make that alterations to projects that need to be done.

Pros

The options is Microsoft Forms are top notch. Any kind of survey you need to send out, with every kind of question, and every way of gathering that data is available to you.

Cons

The pricing structure of Forms is very frustrating. Having to buy the the whole 365 suite in order to use Forms is bad.

I use MS Forms to send customizable event invitations/surveys to my employees throughout the year. It's simple to create the invitations/surveys and the form in which you can receive the results is very clean and detailed (as little or as much as you'd like). Overall a great product to use!

Pros

MS Forms is easy to use, you have endless options when creating event invitations/surveys.

Cons

Overall MS Forms is a good product, I would just like to be able to customize the sizing of uploaded pictures.

Pros

Uno degli aspetti più interessanti di Forms è la possibilità di poter accedere ai propri moduli da qualsiasi dispositivo, anche via browser.

Cons

C'è si la possibilità di personalizzazione con dei temi ma secondo me le funzioni sono molto basilari e con poca scelta. Da graphic designer, avrei preferito più opzioni per creare moduli più accattivanti.

Great experience using this software. Would recommend to any large company if they are looking for a quiz/survey app.

Pros

I liked the possibilities you have with this software. They truly are endless. Whatever review or survey you can think of making, you can conjure it up with Microsoft Forms. Great for businesses and taking note especially finding interest levels of employees, etc.

Cons

Some of the features can be a little tricky to use. There are also many options and tools that can be a little daunting or overwhelming at first, but after using it for a while you will get the hang of it.

Pros

I loved using Microsoft Forms! It made it so easy to create a form, even as a beginner who had never done it before. I love that it had options I could choose from for the responses and generated an email to me for each response. It was very easy to use and helpful.

Cons

I can't think of anything I didn't like about Microsoft Forms. I feel as though I had a really positive experience.

Pros

Easy to use. You can customise and personalise the forms with themes, colours and logos. It allows for feedback to be instantly received.

Cons

There seems to be some limitations to the question types that can be used. Feels a little basic too at times. The customisations seem limited.

Le fait que de base les réponses sont anonymes, donc si nous ne demandons pas les coordonnées de la personne nous ne les avons pas. C'est une erreur de débutant que nous avons fait seulement une fois ;)

Pros

Incredibly easy to create surveys within the MS suite. Exporting results for analysis is easy, using on different devices is easy and sharing the survey link, whether through QR or short URL is easy - just an all round simple and easy solution.

Cons

Only drawback from using MS forms is where you have a survey requiring anonymous answers. You can choose not to record name and email but in my experience participants still believe you can trace who responded even when ticking this option. A true anonymous mode would be good along with a short explanation of how the survey is anonymous would be useful.

Microsoft forms have allowed our company to monitor the quality of our training and make any changes which will address our customers needs.

Pros

The easy of creating new forms and surveys. You can view the responses and monitor the feedback. We send out forms to our customers who have attended a training session to find out how the got on. The feedback is collated in the form and anything that needs addressing can be actioned all from viewing the responses.

Cons

I would like the email address of the person who responded included within the response section.
