Prisma Access is a secure access service edge (SASE) designed to prevent cyber attacks from being carried out on companies’ networks. It will inspect all application traffic connecting the network to the Internet and the cloud, and also to different network branches. Having completed its examination, it will provide businesses with threat intelligence. This is derived from automated threat data, which is in turn drawn from both Palo Alto Networks and from third-party feeds. Multiple different methods can be used to connect Prisma Access to branch offices, and it is also possible to connect mobile users. Prisma Access includes features that allow users to adjust it to take up less bandwidth and scale log storage in the cloud.
