The best part is that it seamlessly integrates with all the applications and there is very little setup required to get it up and running. It reduces the infra cost of keeping an identity platform. Cons Some of the features are a little complicated and thus take sometime to understand for new team members. Cons With Google Cloud Identity you can you get 15 GB drive space & use couple feature from your Google Workspace but you can not use Google Chat feature. If Google allow Google Chat with Cloud Identity users then it will be a great.
