Cons I don't find any any cons here in IBM MQ , but find something hard to adjust accordingly to middleware message specification as a developer. Due to its support for the MQ protocol, IBM MQ is used in virtually all of our middleware projects. A Message broker and Datapower naturally support IBM MQ, and the integration between the two is straightforward. IBM MQ is a trusted messaging platform that may be used to seamlessly combine otherwise incompatible programs. IBM MQ is a message queuing service that we have been using for several years on the cloud. This allows us to process a huge number of transactions quickly and accurately. Important for building systems with several microservices and different cloud deployment strategies. Since IBM MQ is reliable, we can focus on expanding our projects and the underlying business logic. This allows us to continue working on our initiatives and growing our company in a rational and organized way. Pros As an IT company, we need to focus on every aspect of our organization. We don't have enough time to monitor every aspect of our business to ensure a smooth workflow. To address this, we had to use IBM MQ. This product has made it possible for us to focus on the marketing aspects of our business that we focus on and the rest of the aspects are taken care of. We have streamlined our workflow and our business is running efficiently. In addition, IBM MQ is an exceptional enterprise messaging solution that is built on IBM MQ technology. I found the combination of IBM MQ and IBM Cloud to be very effective in the management of enterprise messaging. IBM MQ provides a full complement of messaging capabilities that is strong and consistent. IBM MQ has allowed us to expand our reach and better serve our customers through our marketing campaigns. The ability to process large volumes of data and messages in a short period has improved customer engagement and helped us reduce call wait times. Cons Except that maybe making the user interface easier to use and administer, I can't think of anything that might be made better. At this point, we are satisfied with what we have seen. In other cases, such as with pricing, greater leeway might be given. I don't see a cause to make any changes to the price of the product or the cost of customer service at this time, however, those factors may alter depending on the product's success. It's come a long way since then and we're very pleased with its capabilities, especially when it comes to integrating different departments and applications. The first setup was a bit tricky because we had some data connection issues, but once we got that sorted out we began to see all the benefits that this modern technology has to offer. It's an excellent tool for automating workflow activities and we can easily add new data sources and connect to cloud-based apps with IBM MQ, which gives us access to a vast amount of information. We've been utilizing IBM MQ, a cloud-based message queuing service, for our projects. It enables us to handle a large transaction volume with dependability and efficiency. This is especially true when developing multi-microservice and hybrid cloud systems. We are able to focus on project development and business logic because of the dependability offered by IBM MQ. This enables us to proceed forward with project development and execution, as well as business logic and structure. Pros IBM MQ helps us improve communications between corporate-level internal apps and to ensure that every single action is recorded and easily accessible with seamless reporting and data management; at the time, around 8 years ago, it was very difficult to find something like that until we discovered MQ and IBM has their software for it, which is exactly what we found. But we needed to increase the throughput for our application. We have tried some cloud-based message queueing services like AWS SQS and Azure Service Bus. But none of them had the reliability of IBM MQ. That's why we have chosen to use the cloud version of IBM MQ. This was not a simple task. We discussed and evaluated a lot of options to migrate the data. We don't want to lose the messages delivered to the queues even if the connection is lost between the cloud and on-prem. In this way, we were able to achieve the best of both worlds. Pros I was looking for a message queue solution that could help me deliver messages between applications and services in my organization reliably and securely. I found this. Cons We ran across an interesting problem at work when we were looking at our IBM MQ servers and trying to determine why we were not able to get our applications up and running with the event queues. Our application would run fine in single-user mode but failed the second another node was added. Because of this, we have requested a change in the cluster so that there are permissions given to certain projects that are working on these applications. We submitted a job for this recently, so hopefully, it will be taken care of by the end of next quarter.
