Pros 7-Zip is a free program that allows users to unzip compressed files on their computers. I like that 7-Zip is much easier to use than the build in extractor for Windows. I had trouble reading downloaded zip files. I would keep getting an error when trying to extract it. I then downloaded 7-Zip to try and fix the issues. Once I installed the software, everything began to work. Cons One of the only cons for 7-Zip would be the limited support for creating RAR files. Pros The most liked feature about 7zip must be the compression index & optimization when making files and reducing sizes Cons I think the installation could be a little more graphic, it seems like the software is made for a programmer and it's an amazing, easy to use application.
