Pros The most liked feature about 7zip must be the compression index & optimization when making files and reducing sizes Cons I think the installation could be a little more graphic, it seems like the software is made for a programmer and it's an amazing, easy to use application. It is also shareware and free to use! Cons Maybe a bit more attractive and user friendly GUI interface would be nicer for it. Pros 7-Zip is a free program that allows users to unzip compressed files on their computers. I like that 7-Zip is much easier to use than the build in extractor for Windows. I had trouble reading downloaded zip files. I would keep getting an error when trying to extract it. I then downloaded 7-Zip to try and fix the issues. Once I installed the software, everything began to work. Cons One of the only cons for 7-Zip would be the limited support for creating RAR files. Also good for memory savings. Cons It's not always easy to use, it requires a bit of experience to understand it properly. It's easier for unzipping rather than zipping different files. It's not always immediate to understand how to open the files if they're in a zipped folder.
