I've created several groups, my little family, the big family, and a group of friends with whom we organize sporting activities. It allows me to organize events, keep them up to date and make sure everyone participates, all very easily. I use it on my Android and the web version Pros TimeTree is an excellent group calendar. I don't think there's any point in using it personally, but when you use it in a group, it's just too great. It has a simple and intuitive interface, which makes it easy to use. Although I like the ease of creating groups, adding an event, and sharing it, what I like most about TimeTree is that you can chat directly under the event. So you can see who's participating in the event, share photos, discuss questions about the event, inform the group of updates, and so on. I also like the fact that the group receives notifications about the event. I'd really recommend this app to anyone who has groups of friends, family, or colleagues Cons I don't have any particular problems with TimeTree yet, it's working perfectly for me at the moment Review Source MM Madison M. I love the collaboration features, and ways to share calendars with other people. I think its great! Pros TimeTree is the absolute best software to manage a schedule! I think it is such an underated software in comparison to its competitors. It is the only application I use to manage everything work/personal/graduate school related and I love it. Cons There is nothing that I dislike about the software. I think there are sometimes advertisements that can make it glitch, but I have never felt strongly about a con with the application. Switched from [Google Calendar](https://www.capterra.com/p/213340/Google-Calendar/) I think TimeTree had more features that I was looking for (sharing a calendar with someone else, having multiple calendars, an easy to use app, etc) and I really prefer the aesthetic of the app! District Manager Construction Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "TimeTree: Schedule with Ease" December 15, 2025 3.0 TimeTree solved some problems for planning and working with a larger team, but there were some issues we couldn’t overlook on the organizational side. Pros TimeTree can be used to help manage a large quantity of client meetings for a large team. Fairly simple to use, color coding features for organization, phone accessible, and it sends reminders for people tagged on projects. Cons It would end up looking a bit disorganized even with the color coding. There were meetings missed that shouldn’t have been while we were using this product. Review Source RN Rachael N. It helps me keep track of my multiple jobs and school schedule. Pros I love timetree! It saves me so much time and is my favorite way to keep track of my schedule on my phone! Love the different colors, love that you can create multiple calendars and share them with different people, love the alerts it gives you. Cons I feel like I don't know how to use all the features well - it would be nice if there were a tutorial or something that could help with that. I would also like it to alert me ahead of time so I don't forget events and I am not sure how to do that. My wife and I use it to manage our small business appointments and personal calendar. Cons The only thing I wish was there is more options for repeating events. December 15, 2022 5.0 Timetree lets users pick a color making it easier at a glance to see who has put in the info. Another item is the ability to make an appointment and put in the customers phone number. Pros New employees are easy to add, they can download the app to any smart phone and see schedules and put their time off so everyone else in the company can see. Conference and Event Sales Executive Hospitality Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Brilliant Tool for Time Keeping" March 30, 2024 5.0 Pros Time tree is very appealing to use, I quite often book in appointments (show rounds) with clients and being able to colour co-ordinate my calander just helps me to read it quickly when trying to book something in. I also like using this with friends when planning holidays or days out, it is easy to see everyones availability. Every activity you enter is visible without having to open the specific date. Cons I use the free version of TimeTree which means I do get ADS, however they are not unbareable... I do occasionally click on them by mistake which is super annoying!! Review Source PB Peter B. November 22, 2022 5.0 Pros TimeTree is a brilliant app that allows you to sync up your calendar with another person via them downloading the app. As someone that works shifts and is often on a different schedule to my partner this app is a lifesaver. It allows me to easily add in my shifts and daily plans so that we can both see the schedule for the day/week/month. I like that each person can comment and edit on anything that is added to the calendar, making remote communication a lot easier when it's not always possible to communicate in person. I like that you can personalise all aspects with options like colour-coding different appointments and adding notifications and comments. Cons I would not change anything about this app. It is free to download and easily allows me to share my schedule, which is what I require. Review Source Anette H. Wir organisieren damit Hallen- und Platznutzung und wer wann Stalldienst hat. Cons Die Werbung in der Basic Version stört etwas, aber ist völlig verständlich, das Werbung geschaltet wird. Keiner arbeitet für nichts.
