Pros

Before, internal approvals were paper-based, but after switching to rakumo, approvals and circulars can be done more quickly. Also, we can use our smartphones to make decisions even when we are out of the office without a PC, which is very convenient.

Cons

If there is a return, the decision and circulation route must be re-set, which is very cumbersome when setting up a large number of people, and there is a risk of forgetting to set up the route.

Googleworkspaceの使用に際し、導入企業が組織やチームをもとにしたスケジュール管理や承認業務を円滑にするためにはrakumoは無くてはならないものとなっています。

Pros

グループウェアからGoogleworkspaceへ移行するにあたり、より見やすいカレンダー機能とワークフロー機能が課題であったが、rakumoカレンダーとrakumoワークフローで解決できた。

Cons

スマートホンでの運用を考えるとブラウザ運用ではなくアプリ化してほしい。

部署全体の動向を確認しやすくなったため、スケジューリングに掛ける工数がかなり減った。さらにユーザーインターフェースが使いやすいため、新人でもすぐ使いこなせる。

Pros

組織の連携を強化し、Google Workspaceの不足を補える。特にこのソフトウェアを使うと、カレンダーがより使いやすくなる。相手、部署のスケジュールを簡単に確認できるため、ミーティングや面接のスケジューリングに掛ける工数時間が減る。

Cons

rakumoワークフローにタグ、フラグ機能を追加してほしい。「保留」、「承認待ち」などのタグがあれば、タスクを分類しやすくなって、後からタスクを確認する際にも、すぐ処理状況を思い出せられる。
