I have a good experience with tetra. What I love from it, it's the way they listen the customers problems.

Pros

Tetra is easy to be used and it is helpful for my daily job. I find very useful filters and options that save me time and fatigue. They are open to listen customer's needs and upgrade the software to their need solution.

Cons

It has some default filters that I don't like but that doesn't make a problem.
