Brushup

## What is Brushup?

Brushup is a platform that allows organizations in the Japanese market to improve their products and services through optimized collaboration. Administrators can upload images, videos, documents, music, 3D designs, or website overviews on the platform and share them with a specific group of people. Members of the group can review an uploaded file and give feedback by drawing on the file or commenting on it. Users can compare uploaded and reviewed files side by side. The software also highlights the differences between two or more files, enabling users to review comments and check whether changes have been made to them. A range of editing tools allow users to change the pen color, thickness, and transparency. They may also use digital sticky notes and add comments on them. The software assists businesses in production management and creating a Gantt chart, allowing them to schedule and check the progress of projects.

概ね校正ツールとして使いやすいと思う。大きな欠点ではないが、コメント箇所がどこをさしているかもう少しわかりやすいといい。

内容や特性の違う案件やクライアントに対しても、豊富な機能から運用を提案できる。進捗管理や＠メンションで担当にスムーズに指示ができ、修正後のレイアウトも同じプロジェクト内で直感的に管理できる。そのため社内完結でなく客先にも直接Brushupツールに招待してレイアウト確認を行ってもらっている。プロジェクト内の修正・指示も時系列で記録できるため、長年の課題だったペーパーレス化にも一役買っている。

チャットワークの連携など、連携機能がややわかりづらい

コストが非常に安く導入がしやすい点が良かった。他社さんとのコラボもゲストは無料なので依頼しやすいところが良い点です。業者との直接面談ややり取りの履歴が残る点もいいですね。システム改修も早い印象です。最近は少し遅くなったように感じてますが。

クライアント・案件ごとに細分化できるので、なにをどこで話していたか埋もれずに済みます。また、修正指示などもどこを直したらよいかわかりやすく助かっています。

Cons

カレンダーで祝日をわかるようにして欲しいです。祝日を誤ってスケジュールに入れてしまうこともあり…改善いただけるととても嬉しいです。

社内10名程度で使用しています。全社に展開したいですが、慣れていない人にはやや使いにくい印象です。プロジェクト単位で分けられているため、従来よりもステータスなどがわかりやすく助かっています。また、表示／非表示などは各自で使いやすいよう選択と固定ができるとよいです。

Pros

・料金プラン、金額感・プラン内でのストレージ量・企業間コラボレーション機能

Cons

・UI（全体的に初心者には使いにくい、Adploofの方がぱっと見でわかりやすい）・レビュー画面の表示機能（レビュー、コメント、番号はデフォルトでずっと開いていてほしい。毎回クリックするのが煩雑である）・レビューのコメントに画像やファイル添付をできるようにしてほしい（レビューと画像添付がバラバラなので、どこにどの画像を差替えるかなどがわかりにくい）・コメント画面が見にくい（レビューコメントと通常コメントが一緒くたで流れるため）

Pros

ipad（ペンシル）を利用すれば、今まで紙に記入していた様な感覚で校正作業が可能になる

関与するメンバー全員が「同じ画面」をみれる利点は大きいです。また、過去のやり取りを可視化することで案件や顧客の引継時に大きな効果をもたらすと感じています。

Cons

高頻度で発生するフリーズのような現象を解消してほしいです。また、カスタム属性の自由度をさらに高めてもらえるとより幅広く活用できる可能性を感じています。

数十個あるタスクの進捗管理に使用しています。一覧性があるので管理に向いています。また過去のやりとりもすぐ確認できますので、便利です。

Pros

タスクの一覧性が優れており、これはSlackやGoogleスプレッドシートには無いメリットです。

Cons

ブラウザ形式のため表示レスポンスが若干遅く感じます。アプリ版があると良いなと思います。

ご年配の方でも取り組みやすく、特に混乱なく使用いただいている。今のところは社内でも、社外の方とでも使用しやすい印象。

Pros

社内だけでなく、社外の方に確認していただくモノが多いため、ゲストレビューの操作のわかりやすさや容易さ、ゲストレビューは料金が不要な点が良い。

Cons

・「完了」を押してしまうと管理者ですら完了を外せなくなってしまう点・ゲストレビュー周りの機能（依頼や取り下げ）などで、一度に多くの人へ使う観点から使いやすさを改良して欲しい（一括選択機能や、一括選択した上でチェックボックスで各個人ごとにカスタマイズできるようにするなど）・ゲストレビュー間でコメントのオンオフが一括になってしまっている点（アイテムごとやレビュー担当ごとにオンオフを選べると良い）・ゲストレビュー者に渡せる簡単なマニュアルがあると良い。

慣れれば使いやすいが、浸透させるまでが大変（業界的に赤入れは紙に行う文化が根強い）

Pros

オンライン校正システムとしては有用だと思いますが、文字の読み取りや赤入れの機能、ワークスペースの整理方法などが追加されるとより使いやすいかと思います。

ユーザーインターフェースは直感的で使いやすいので、導入後に研修など行わなくても半日もあれば使いこなせるかと思います。クライアントと共有するのも、追加の費用なしで企業コラボレーションなどを用いてできるので大変たすかりました。

Pros

基本的なチャットアプリのような機能は網羅されていて、その上で校正ツールとしての有用性ある機能が多数搭載されています。校正やクリエイティブな場面で必要になるような機能は有料の場合もありますが機能としてはあるのでブラッシュアップ一つで完結するのは助かります。

Cons

ブラウザで使用できる点は最大のメリットですがその分、挙動がもっさりの時があります。自身のパソコンの性能にも左右されますが、専用アプリなどあったらいいと思いました。

全体的に大変使いやすいツールで、年々よくなっているので助かっている。

Pros

校正の際に、文字を囲ったり、手書きツールで指摘ができたりと大変使い勝手がいい。画像や動画を確認するのに便利でコメントの確認がしやすい。改善点をBrushup社に伝えると、社内で協議して対応してくれるところも助かっている。

Cons

承認ツールとして活用できるようになるとよりよくなると思う。誰かがチェックをしているときは、ほかの人が申請ページ内を触れないようにするなど、管理をしたい。
