## What is IoTGO?

IoT GO is a data management and analysis tool that aims to help manufacturing companies make full use of machine and employee data through IoT (Internet of Things) technology. It collects and displays input from workers on the manufacturing plant floor in real-time through round-the-clock data collection and verification on the production line. This cloud-based tool works with Microsoft Azure, IoT Hub, and SQL databases to store data from multiple manufacturing sites, data hubs, and home offices. It provides insights using Stream Analytics and Machine Learning. 設備の稼働状況を一般作業者も気にかけて作業をしており、生産性アップに繋がっており、大変良かったと思っています。

Pros

選定した設備の稼働状況がタイムリーにモニターで確認でき、工場に居なくても手持ちのスマホなどによって設備の稼働状況が確認できることが良い。

Cons

現状の稼働状況などのデーターの処理が簡単にできることが望ましい。

導入前は設備の稼働・作業状況について作業者からの日報頼りの情報しか無かったが、本設備の導入により正確な稼働状況を把握する事が出来、改善点が明確になり、業務改善が進んだ

Pros

篩設備に後付け出来、自分達で取付可能であること、移設が容易である事

Cons

設備の振動で配線が抜ける事がある為、定期的なチェックが必要

稼働率がリアルタイムで表示され、また数値でも集計できるので、改善するとその効果も体感できる。

Pros

低コストで導入でき、各種生産設備や工作機械へ設置が可能である。無線のため、大掛かりな配線工事も不要。実績表示も一般のＰＣやスマホ・タブレットで閲覧可能。非常に導入しやすいシステムだと思う。

Cons

開発当初は溶接機へ設置すると通信が不安定になったが、現状は解消され、安定して実績を収集できる。
