Pros
My relationship with clients has improved as a result of outstanding delivery of the projects I use with the tool. The tool is beyond the spreadsheets, and now it's 2 years and counting.
It is exciting having something that speeds up or enhances your success story.
Heck, even Google Sheets is better at this point.
The product allwas you to organise all your important information, makes everything look tidy and in order to use.

In the area of data handling, I realized Neglect of backup procedures, delay updates, ignore emails, ignore deadlines, share internal information, and skip verification process.
Very difficult to integrate, the support basically just sends you to a ton of videos, and if you request anything they fight and penny-pinch you every step of the way.
It has a bit to much features, that can distract you and could make you lose important files.
Sometimes it lags or hangs in the middle of doing something.

"Sales Force Assistant "
Pros: One of the things that I liked most about this software is to show the data and talk to the agents, and the best feature is the possibility of adding another software with it and merging the two programs with each other to benefit the most
Cons: Sometimes when giving more than one order it is a little slow but that rarely happens in general it is a great program

Overall: It is incredible how this program has the ability to offer a wide variety of options for the growth of a company and increase sales that contribute to the business. Salesforce is one of the best programs you can integrate into your company. From excellent data management and control to effective client interaction, this program will address any operational weaknesses and turn them into strengths. In my work, there is no other program as complete as Salesforce. The myriad possibilities offered by this amazing software make my job much easier and more effective from the start.

It is widely recognized across various industry sectors, standing out as a market leader and revolutionizing the CRM industry. Whether used as SaaS or PaaS, it has transformed the CRM ecosystem. Cons: Excessive customizations can sometimes lead to duplicate efforts. The frequent release of new versions may result in unnecessary updates for clients
"Not got for solo agents and small teams"
Overall: There are better alternatives like Pipedrive and HubSpot. Heck, even Google Sheets is better at this point. This is assuming you are a small team.
Pros: I never got far enough into Sales Force to encounter a "pro".

Overall: It is exciting having something that speeds up or enhances your success story. Sales Force Assistant has been a life savior for me and made my projects get fulfilled not only within the planned time frame, but with almost zero errors. My relationship with clients has improved as a result of outstanding delivery of the projects I use with the tool. The tool is beyond the spreadsheets, and now it's 2 years and counting.
Pros: I am a Virtual Assistant focusing on Social Media Management & Social Media Marketing. This tool is good in data management, communication, customer support, sales support and keeping my work organized. Over the years, it has made my work easy, especially managing client's projects.
Cons: However, there are some areas that kind of messed our relationship with the tool. I would like to highlight because I think the company can improve on these areas and allow many others who feel the same. Overall: It’s a software program I used in FX client portfolio management. Now we use it for info input and quick report and lists.
Pros: When we set up our board of directors for year 2 we purchased software. A few trials and the group of 7 landed on east using SF Assistant. It’s crucial for info input and report print outs.
Cons: That we pay for it as a charity. We need a sponsor to save fees.

Pros: The best thing that I love is integrating the software. It works perfectly for my business. We mainly use it for managing sales, commissions, data management, monitoring, and analysis. This is a very powerful CRM. Great support.
Cons: It is quite complicated to understand the modules in the beginning stage.

Overall: En nuestra organización el uso principal que le damos es para seguimiento de datos de ventas, incorporación de datos de productos sobre nuestros socios, clientes, seguimientos de ofertas y pedidos, análisis sectoriales, etc.Altamente personalizable, pero a la vez con un gran equipo detrás que te acompañará en todo momento durante el proceso de implantación.No es el CRM más ecónomico pero si el más potente. Sin duda es una opción obligatoria a estudiar si va a implantar un CRM en cualquier empresa.
Pros: Desde que hemos implementado Sales Force se ha convertido en una herramienta fundamental en nuestro día a día. Ha mejorado y facilitado la gestión de las relaciones y el seguimiento de todo lo relacionado con nuestros clientes. A destacar la facilidad que tiene para implementarse con otro tipo de software como pueden distintos ERP's que encontramos actualmente en el mercado.
Cons: Es un habitual hoy en día, pero el contratarlo conlleva una suscripción por licencias, lo que hay que tenerlo en cuenta ya que supone un coste importante.Por lo demás nada que objetar, ya que es un software muy completo y con un soporte al cliente muy bueno.

Overall: Sin duda el mejor CRM del mercado. Precio algo caro pero vale la pena por la enormes posibilidades que ofrece.
Pros: Inmejorable CRM con todas las necesidades que puedas necesitar para la gestión con tus clientes. Se integra con SAP y es muy customizable.
Cons: El precio es caro pero es lo habitual en este tipo de software. Necesita un buen equipo que te ayude durante la implantación.

Overall: Todavía estamos en la fase de implantación junto con SAP Busines ONE
Pros: Lo sencillo que es integrarlo con otros softwares y que está muy extendido lo que facilita que los clientes estén habituados a usarlo.
Cons: El precio es bastante elevado, y como la mayoría de softwares actuales funciona bajo licencias.
