Cons This might be an issue specific to our internal setup, but CloudSign isn't seamlessly integrated with our various systems for contract signing approvals and legal consultations. I'm also thinking how much more convenient it would be if it could integrate with the in-house services our company is developing. Pros Right off the bat, I can say, "This is exactly the service I've been wanting!" What truly impresses me most is its incredibly intuitive UI/UX, even for a first-time user. In Japan's hanko (seal) culture, you often have to manually carry documents to legal departments or struggle to figure out where seals are even needed. CloudSign, to me, is a groundbreaking solution that dramatically boosts the efficiency of this entire process. The fact that all document sending and signature exchanges are completed online is a huge advantage, eliminating the need for postal services, printing, and physical seals. Being able to see the recipient's opening status and signature progress has also improved our workflow visibility. While the PDF-only upload limitation is a slight inconvenience, overall, it contributes immensely to our operational efficiency. It's a service I definitely intend to keep using actively. Pros I truly appreciate that the entire contract process, from sending to finalisation, can be completed entirely online. This makes everything incredibly speedy and hassle-free. The management interface is simple and uncluttered, allowing even first-time users to navigate smoothly through the contract signing process with ease. Cons The main thing I'd like to see improved is the limitation to PDF uploads for documents; Word files aren't supported.
