画像の編集や挿入が簡単なので見やすいマニュアルが作りやすかったです。また、「誰でも簡単なマニュアル作りができる」との通り、共同編集をした際も同じような認識で作成しやすい

Pros

デザインはシンプルなので、マニュアル作成側としても使用しやすいです。また製品の問い合わせをした際に、回答がとても早く、その後のアフターフォローまで丁寧です。追加して欲しい機能などをヒアリングしてくれたり、新しい機能が定期的にリリースされたりするなど新しい製品ならではの良さを感じられます。サポートの御担当者様の温かさ・親しみやすさも大きな魅力です。

パソコン画面で見た時の全体的なバランス（レシピのステップと本文の比率など）ＰＤＦ化や紙に印刷した際のページ区切り
