## What is F-RevoCRM?

F-RevoCRM is a cloud-based, open-source software (OSS) tool that enables Japanese professionals in any field and of any caliber to centrally manage customer relationship management (CRM) data. It comes in Japanese only, with unlimited user accounts and pre-set functions for marketing, sales, customer support, billing, and project management reports. Users can also add customized tools for other customer touchpoints and link to other CRM systems thanks to its open-source design. The makers of F-RevoCRM also offer an introductory support service, followed by add-on development assistance, and help desk service.

社内のExcel資産を段階的に集約していっており、情報の可視化、データ活用が進んできたと実感しています。これも「使い倒せるCRM」であるからだと思います。

Pros

ライセンス料を気にせず使い倒すことができるCRMです。直近ではHRマネジメントとして人事評価制度や保有スキル・資格情報をF-RevoCRMに組み込むことができました。これまでは営業とサポートのためのシステムでしたが、現在は全従業員がF-RevoCRMユーザです。

Cons

標準では実現できないことは自社でカスタマイズをしたり、拡張機能を購入したりして対応しています。ノーコードで実現できる機能が増えるともっと便利になります。

弊社のような開発会社にとっては、お客様に提案する時に、他社のクラウド製品は機能不足の場合、お客様には運用で逃げてもらう提案をするが、frevo crmはオープンソースのため予算さえあれば開発してお客様の要望に応えることが重宝するところです。

Pros

お客様の要望に応じてカスタマイズがしやすい

Cons

オープンソースのため、有料製品と比べると若干の機能不足はあるが、それに関してはカスタマイズで補える。
