## What is i-ask?

i-ask is an FAQ and Q&A management service with a Japanese userbase that consists of companies with an online presence. Only available in Japanese, the service is offered by phone or email, and it consists of do-it-yourself templates for them to draw upon as they formulate their Frequently Asked Questions or Questions & Answers pages without HTML code. The data that goes into these templates is to do with marketing research, search keywords, trend analysis, and SEO recommendations. With i-ask, multiple users can publish and update their pages simultaneously at anytime.
