普段使っているlineと使用方法が似ているため使いやすく、そこにプラスで企業向けの機能があるのが良いと思います。

Cons

時々通知が来ないことがあり、大事な連絡を見逃すことがあります。スマホを再起動すると直りますが、またしばらく経つと同じ現象が起こります。

Pros

社用携帯を所持していない社員も私用携帯にインストールしておけば、コミュニケーションツールとして使うことができる。また普段使っているlineと使用感が似ているため、触りやすい。

Cons

複数名の異なる機種の端末で、通知音が鳴らない不具合が定期的に起こる。頻度は高くないが、スタッフ職のため常時携帯を見てはいないため、改善頂きたい。

同一のチーム内でコミュニケーション出来ると共に日本の組織にあったディレクトリでグループ化出来ることが管理しやすい。

Pros

グループをカスタマイズでき、その中で最も手軽に、だれでも簡単に参加できること。電話番号を共有せずとも、共有できること。（営業職と内勤）

Cons

社内の中では、簡単だが、社外の方とのグループ構成、管理に疑問。具体的にどのように使用できるかも含めて、わかりやすくしていただきたい。

気軽に連絡がとれる部分は非常に便利である

Lineをベースにしているため、導入の難易度が低い。システム選定側の人間としてはかなり助かる。メールでやり取りする際、相手がちゃんと内容を見たかどうかを確認できないため、連絡トラブルがかなりあった。Line worksの場合、メッセージの既読状態を確認できるため、このようなトラブルを有効に防げる。

Pros

日本ではLineを利用しているユーザー数が多いため、ある程度Lineを知っていれば、レクチャーなしでLine worksの操作はある程度できるでしょう。さらに、通常の連絡機能だけではなく、ビジネス向けの様々な機能を搭載している。例えば、メール管理、勤怠管理、スケジュール管理。そのため、色んな場面で活躍できる。またサードパーティーのアプリとの連携も可能のため、機能を拡張しやすい。

Cons

クラウドストレージは無料プランでも5GB提供してくれるので、かなりありがたいが、大きいサイズのファイルを転送する場合、やはり競合他社のクラウドストレージサービス(例えば、onedrive)より遅い気がする。幸いサードパーティーとの連携も可能のため、いざという時にdropboxを利用すればいいかもしれない。検索機能を有しているが、検索する度に動作が少し重くて、時間がかかる。

即対応や迅速さを求めるならば利用する価値は高い

企業用として扱いやすいこと個人ＬＩＮＥと棲み分けることができ従業員のコミュニケーションとして活用しやすい行動管理としてもカレンダー機能があるので便利である

Cons

ファイルの添付制限があり大きい容量のデータが送ることができない。
