中途採用でのリファレンスチェックとして利用しているが、導入後トラブル人材の採用も無く、ミスマッチを防ぐ点で効果的である。

Pros

求職者が周囲へ依頼するハードルがある程度高く、志望度・本気度が測れる事と、客観的な身近な方からの感想を頂く事で面接内容との比較が出来、ミスマッチを減らす可能性が高い事。

Cons

まだ実施企業が少ないのか、求職者からの反応があまり良くない点。 求職者向けの安心感を与える動画等があるとより良いと感じる。

サービスの安価さから始めやすく、同じ理由で継続もしやすい。 良い意味で発展段階の為、今後のサービス向上も見込める。

Pros

バランスがとても取れている 安価、簡単、機能も充実している、営業担当や開発者も柔軟でこちらの要望を真摯に受け止めてくれる。良い要望であれば、すぐに実施そうしてくれたのはとても印象がよい。

Cons

特別ありません。 敢えて挙げるとすれば、高価なサービスと比べた時の付加機能の少なさやサービスの保証。 しかし、そこまで料金を払ってまで必要なレベルではなく、本サービスで必要十分である。

Pros

同業他社サービスにくらべてかなり価格が抑えられているにもかかわらず、サービスとしては十分な機能があり、カスタマーサポートの担当の方も迅速、丁寧に対応いただけて、大変ありがたいです。

Cons

採用経路の選択肢のなかに該当のものがない場合でも、何かしらを選んでいれないといけない点が少し使いづらいと感じます。
