mycrew

## What is mycrew?

mycrew is a web-based teamwork tool that enables co-workers and managers to keep in contact with employees, even if they work remotely. Usable on Windows and Mac PCs, the application displays projects as tables on a floorboard representing a chat space. This enables co-workers to interact with one another virtually at the tables, while also reporting any absences. Every team member’s avatar displays their availability status. Workers who are away are sent push notifications, and those available for a one-to-one chat can do so using built-in audio and video call features.

事務職などのリモートワークをする従業員がいるのですが、mycrewを利用することで仕事がしやすくなりました。

Pros

機能や画面がシンプルでitスキルが低い従業員でも簡単に直感的に利用ができました。

Cons

スマートフォンに対応していないため、外出時に使えないことが難点です。

2022年に入り、フルリモートの働き方から半分のメンバーが出社するハイブリッドワークに移行しました。それに伴って、出社メンバーとテレワークメンバーの情報格差、モチベーション格差が課題となっていたのですが、mycrewを利用してバーチャル上で出社状況やステータスを共有し、気軽にコミュニケーションができるようになったことで、ハイブリッドワークでの働きやすさが改善しました。

Pros

自分のフロアやオフィスレイアウトを再現でき、実際のオフィスにいる場所を反映でき、ハイブリッドワークのメンバーも同じフロア内に滞在できるため、出社メンバーとテレワークメンバー同士のエンゲージメント向上に繋がりました。

Cons

モバイル対応がまだなので、外出時に利用できないことが課題だと思います。
