受付にかかる工数を大幅に減少することができ、かつ訪問者もストレスなく簡易に利用できるためとてもよいシステムだと感じています。

Pros

導入後の設定も容易にでき、特に自社で使っているチャットツールとの連携によって漏れなくストレスなく訪問者対応ができる点が優れています。

Cons

既存のビジネスプロセスを置き換えることも容易にでき、現在のところ大きな問題は起きていないため、目立った改善点はありません。

Smart at receptionの利点は、使いやすいシンプルなユーザーインターフェースです。受付システムは会社の顔であり、お客様が訪れた際に最初に使うツールです。シンプルなインターフェースがあることで、お客様は迷わず快適に利用できます。さらに、Smart at receptionは社内のチャットツールとも連携できるので、社員もスムーズに使えるというメリットがあります。

Cons

音声が聞き取りにくいと感じたことがあります。メーカーに問い合わせた結果、使用しているiPadケースがマイク部分を覆っていることが原因で聞こえにくくなっていることがわかりました。導入時に、おすすめのiPadケースを案内してもらえると助かります。
