## What is EzRobot?

EzRobot enables Japanese social insurance institutions to download official documents and create various notification forms. Organizations may automate general conditions/breakdowns preparation, save or print files, and settle monthly accounts like tax returns, ledgers, etc. They can also download and aggregate contract information for each client and calculate bonuses for sales staff based on their sales results. The software helps with web, file, mouse, and keyboard operations, script execution, email sending, image processing, character string operation, and schedule execution. It also allows companies to integrate accounting, payroll, sales and inventory management software, Microsoft Office apps, web browsers, and in-house core systems.

反復する作業、エクセルなどのデータからサイト内の入力欄への転記、属人化を防ぎたい作業に向いています。直感的に操作できるため、ロボット作成も使い方を覚えれば比較的簡単にロボットを作ることができます。

Pros

コーディングやプログラミング知識が無くても、簡単にロボットが作れます。 特に、月に一度、年に一度行うルーティーン作業に向いています。「月初に、ここのサイトのこのメニューで、この範囲を選択して、この書式でダウンロードし、このフォルダに入れる」のような場合、毎月、作業の手順を思い出しながら以前ダウンロードしたデータや、ファイルの保存名を確認したりする手間がまるっとなくなります。 また、頻度が高くなくても、一回に同じ作業で大量のデータを登録したい場合なども一度ロボットを作成すればあとはスタートボタンを押すだけなので非常に有効です。

Cons

OCR機能などの精度が上がると、もっと多様に利用できる。 文字データとして取り込めるものは、ロボットに落とし込めますが、手書きのPDFであったり、文字データが格納されていないデータに関しては取り込めないので、その点では利用の幅は限られます。

RPAの感想になりますが、単純な作業やルーティンワークは人間が行うよりも正確で早く、導入してよかったと思います。

Pros

操作性とフォロー体制です。 RPAを導入しようと思い他社サービスや無料アプリも検討しましたが、無料アプリは敷居が高く他社サービスは自分で作成するという選択肢がなかったため非常に高額でした。Ezrobotは自分でロボットを作成するといっても、素人の私に付き添って一から教えていただけるので非常に良心的で助かります。

Cons

サポート体制が充実しているのでカバーはできていると思いますが、マニュアルがもう少しわかりやすければと思います。

現状4つから5つほどのロボレシピが順次稼働している。社外ツールを使用したロボとなると、ツール自体がシステム改定することでロボの工程変更も発生するため、メンテナンスも必要な時期が想定していた以上に発生している。 ロボが行うことでヒューマンエラーと業務効率アップにつながっているが、メンテナンスの部分をうまく回していく必要があると感じている。

Pros

ロボレシピの自由度が高く、好きなように作成できる点 ExcelやCSVとの親和性が高く、思い描いた形でロボが作成できる点

Cons

ExcelやCSVとの親和性が高い一方で、WordやPDFから一部文字を切り取りたいなどといったケースにも対応できると嬉しい

サポートがとても充実しているので、安心していろんなロボットを作れる。このサポートの充実体制は他社にはない強みだと思うので、今後も続けてほしいです。

Pros

Teamsを利用して、画面共有をしながらロボット作成をサポートしてくださるところ。

Cons

EzRobotが原因なのかはよくわからないのですが、パソコンの起動が遅くなってきました。

マクロを組んでいる時間もなく、かといって新しい自動化システムを導入するには専門家のサポートがほしいといった場合にはベストチョイスなのではないかと思います。

Pros

サポートの方がすぐにチャットで対応してくれるため、ロボットの製作・運用ともに快適に使えます。

Cons

EzRobotOperataorという作ったロボット自体を決められたタイミングで起動して動かしてくれるソフトがあるのですが、業務に組み込んでしまっているもののβ版であることです。

専門的知識がなくてもロボット作成、修正が感覚的にできます。感覚的にできる分、簡単でとっつきやすい反面、うまく作動しなかったときの根本原因が自力では掴みづらいです。サポート体制が整っており、早急に対応していただけるのはとても助かります。

Pros

ロボット作成手順がとにかく簡単でわかりやすい点。専門知識がなくても業務手順をたどるだけでロボットが作成できて、とっつきやすいです。

Cons

エラーになった時の解決方法について、専用サイトなどである程度解明できたら、と思います。サポート窓口でのご対応で概ね解決していますが、根本原因がわかったようなわからないようなときがあります。

毎日使っているため、もはやなくてはならない存在です。3年前に戻って、もう一度使うかどうかの選択を迫られても、迷うことなく使用することを決めます。

Pros

サポートです。製品自体もとてもシンプルで分かりやすいものであるが、サポートがとにかく素晴らしい。

Cons

作成をクラウド上で出来ると有難い。その他、使用上では特にありません
